Family Fun and Fresh Seafood

We're having a wonderful time here on Hilton Head Island. It's hot and sunny and fabulous. We've had fun celebrating my nephew's birthday...

Frolicking on the beach...

Fishing...yep that's a shark and yep that's a dolphin!

And eating delicious food. Speaking of delicious food, we bought fresh seafood from Barnacle Bill's here on the island yesterday. We bought oysters, scallops and jumbo shrimp. We cooked those suckers right up and enjoyed every bite!

We shucked the oysters...

Cooked the scallops in butter...

And boiled the shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning.

 Everything tasted oh so fresh and full of flavor!

We have a few more days of bliss. We plan on enjoying every last minute!
